Type of Users in Oracle Fusion:
Oracle Fusion >User Creation
In Oracle fusion there are two types of users that are following:

HCM User (
Normal User)
·
IDM User (Implementation User)
HCM: Human Capital Management
IDM: Identity Manager
HCM user mean normal user that can perform all the function related
to data entry in Oracle Fusion.
IDM users are implementers that can perform setups to
configure modules in Oracle Fusion.
For example IDM user cannot create supplier site as this is
data entry work but HCM user can create supplier sites. IDM user can only do
setups or system base transactions and HCM can do business base transactions.
